Thanks to galvanic zincing, your metals will not only be well protected against corrosion, but will also look nice. They can be silver or yellow in color. Our branch in Bielsko-Biała has a very long tradition in galvanizing. As in hot dip galvanizing, we are very reliable and on time here. The maximum dimensions of galvanized metals for the electroplating plant in Bielsko-Biała are: 2.9m * 1.3m * 0.8m. We have two lines. PRICE - FROM 1.5 PLN NET per 1 kg
Quality control
The implementation of appropriate procedures in our electroplating plant in Bielsko-Biała guarantees high quality of services. We constantly monitor the thickness of the galvanic coating and its visual assessment. Our production processes are monitored using TPM (Total productive Maintenance) cards. Process monitoring takes place at each shift. We have established cooperation with Alufinish and HSO laboratories in measuring the concentration of our baths. Our employees have appropriate certificates allowing them to work on the electroplating line. On request, XR and SPC cards are available for inspection to our clients.

Free consultations on the preparation of details and structures for hot-dip galvanizing in our galvanizing plant. If necessary and for larger orders, it is possible to travel to the customer to see the details for galvanizing and discuss their preparation.
The delivered elements on pallets are unloaded mechanically with the use of modern forklifts
Transport of structural elements after hot-dip galvanizing, its cost is agreed individually with the customer. Transport in covered cars to prevent white corrosion.
Its implementation begins immediately after the price is agreed, based on individual contact with the customer.
In the case of an order that also includes powder coating in our paint shop, galvanized details are subjected to additional mechanical processing, as if "ready". The works are performed in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 1461 standard
We can disassemble construction elements intended for hot-dip galvanization. After hot-dip galvanizing, the structure is assembled and packed. Shipping to the end customer is also possible

Our experience in applying anti-corrosion coatings dates back to the 1980s. During this time, we have gained knowledge and experience that allow us to carry out orders from large domestic and foreign partners.
We have hot-dip galvanizing lines of various sizes in our branches. Small elements are hot-dip galvanized on the so-called centrifuge. Large elements and structures are galvanized on a modern production line with dimensions of 7m x 3m x 1.6m.
