High-temperature galvanizing is a type of hot-dip galvanizing. Thanks to the low viscosity and increased fluidity of zinc melted to the temperature of 620 degrees Celsius, we obtain parts ready for assembly without the need for additional processing.
High-temperature galvanizing technology eliminates zinc overflow, guarantees patency of holes and threads, and ensures repeatability of coating parameters. This method fills the gap between electroplating and low-temperature galvanizing, eliminating their drawbacks - weaker resistance of galvanic coatings, lower castability of zinc in the traditional hot-dip galvanizing method. Compared to the low-temperature method (and the galvanic method), the resulting coatings are characterized by a much higher corrosion and mechanical resistance. This technology is the best method of anti-corrosion protection of parts responsible for safety and exposed to work at high loads.
High-temperature galvanizing - the highest quality.
We offer you a service in accordance with European standards, and our quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO EN 90001-2008. Quality control processes are tailored to the individual requirements of customers.
Free consultations on the preparation of details and structures for hot-dip galvanizing in our galvanizing plant. If necessary and for larger orders, it is possible to travel to the customer to see the details for galvanizing and discuss their preparation.
Transport of structural elements after hot-dip galvanizing, its cost is agreed individually with the customer. Transport in covered cars to prevent white corrosion.
In the case of an order that also includes powder coating in our paint shop, galvanized details are subjected to additional mechanical processing, as if "ready". The works are performed in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 1461 standard
We can disassemble construction elements intended for hot-dip galvanization. After hot-dip galvanizing, the structure is assembled and packed. Shipping to the end customer is also possible
Our experience in applying anti-corrosion coatings dates back to the 1980s. During this time, we have gained knowledge and experience that allow us to carry out orders from large domestic and foreign partners.
We have hot-dip galvanizing lines of various sizes in our branches. Small elements are hot-dip galvanized on the so-called centrifuge. Large elements and structures are galvanized on a modern production line with dimensions of 7m x 3m x 1.6m.
A full range of anti-corrosion protection services (including hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing and anodizing) and metalworking (e.g. CNC machining, edge bending, laser cutting, welding) in our own plants means short delivery times and affordable prices.
Membership in the Polish Galvanizing Society, the use of PN – EN ISO – 1461 standards or the finally implemented Quality Management System EN ISO 9001: 2008 mean that we care for compliance with procedures at every stage of the company's operations.
