Powder coating
In our powder coating shop in Żory (located next to the newly opened hot-dip galvanizing hall), we powder coating details with the maximum dimensions of 8 m x 2.5 m x 1.5 m.
We powder coat steel, hot-dip galvanized steel and aluminum. Powder coating is perfect for anti-corrosion protection of steel profiles, sheets, gates, spans or racks. The powder-coated surface perfectly tolerates changing weather conditions.
Powder coating - comprehensive services
By supplying us with details intended for powder coating, you have the guarantee that all processes will be performed in one company. Proper preparation of the surface for powder coating determines the quality of the anti-corrosion coating and its visual layer. We make:
- machining - e.g. by sandblasting or shot blasting (we have a modern abrasive blasting chamber)
- chemical treatment - cleaning through chemicals
- Hot dip galvanizing + powder coating
DUPLEX SYSTEM
The proximity of our own hot-dip galvanizing plant gives us the possibility of immediate execution of orders in the DUPLEX system. The DUPLEX system combines the anti-corrosion properties of hot-dip galvanizing with powder coating. The applied powder varnish protects the zinc coating (thanks to the barrier properties of polymers) against oxidation, extending its durability from 30 to even about 100 years (under favorable conditions). In addition, the protection of the galvanized surface with powder varnish significantly extends the scope of hot-dip galvanizing (for environments outside the range of PH 6-12).
Powder coating - a nuisance for the natural environment
We care for the natural environment at every stage of our business. Our powder coating shop is no exception - we minimize the impact on the external environment. We only use certified products approved for contact with food and drinking water. A good example are also our anti-corrosion coatings in the DUPLEX System, the use of which excludes the transfer of zinc ions (from the hot-dip galvanization process) to groundwater.
Powder coating - colors
To determine the colors with the customer, we use the RAL color palette, and the varnish coat itself may have a different gloss level. We are also able to fulfill an order by individual arrangements.

Range of services
Free consultations on the preparation of details and structures for hot-dip galvanizing in our galvanizing plant. If necessary and for larger orders, it is possible to travel to the customer to see the details for galvanizing and discuss their preparation.
The delivered elements on pallets are unloaded mechanically with the use of modern forklifts
Transport of structural elements after hot-dip galvanizing, its cost is agreed individually with the customer. Transport in covered cars to prevent white corrosion.
Its implementation begins immediately after the price is agreed, based on individual contact with the customer.
In the case of an order that also includes powder coating in our paint shop, galvanized details are subjected to additional mechanical processing, as if "ready". The works are performed in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 1461 standard
We can disassemble construction elements intended for hot-dip galvanization. After hot-dip galvanizing, the structure is assembled and packed. Shipping to the end customer is also possible
Why We ?
Our experience in applying anti-corrosion coatings dates back to the 1980s. During this time, we have gained knowledge and experience that allow us to carry out orders from large domestic and foreign partners.
We have hot-dip galvanizing lines of various sizes in our branches. Small elements are hot-dip galvanized on the so-called centrifuge. Large elements and structures are galvanized on a modern production line with dimensions of 7m x 3m x 1.6m.

The prices for services offered by our company also depend on the quantity, type and regularity of deliveries of elements to be processed.
