Hot galvanizing provides valuable, long-term and reliable protection against corrosion. It is the cheapest, most effective and most popular method of fighting corrosion. The durability of the zinc surface, depending on the aggressiveness of the environment, is from 20 to 65 years. Galvanized surfaces have the property that they can be additionally painted. Additionally, hot-dip galvanizing does not change the properties of steel. We galvanize according to EN ISO 1461.
We encourage you to read the information on how to prepare a structure for hot dip galvanizing.
We provide duplex services. The anti-corrosion protection in the duplex system consists in applying a special paint coating on the hot zinc coating, which is an additional protection against corrosion and enables the desired color effects to be achieved. The paint coating protects the zinc against oxidation and extends its durability. Thanks to the duplex system, the durability of the zinc coating can be extended from 30 to even 100 years.
The immersion method (which is used in hot-dip galvanizing) allows for even and precise coating of zinc layers, which has the ability to reach hard-to-reach places, e.g. inside pipes or cavities. Our furnace is the deepest in Podbeskidzie, so we can galvanize large-length details, and it also ensures good fluidity and an even coating.
We offer galvanizing services for building elements and structures, road barriers, road sign structures, transport pallets, structures for the power industry, gate grilles and other products at the customer's request.
We offer as an additional service powder coating, which perfectly complements the anti-corrosive properties of hot-dip galvanizing

Free consultations on the preparation of details and structures for hot-dip galvanizing in our galvanizing plant. If necessary and for larger orders, it is possible to travel to the customer to see the details for galvanizing and discuss their preparation.
The delivered elements on pallets are unloaded mechanically with the use of modern forklifts
Transport of structural elements after hot-dip galvanizing, its cost is agreed individually with the customer. Transport in covered cars to prevent white corrosion.
Its implementation begins immediately after the price is agreed, based on individual contact with the customer.
In the case of an order that also includes powder coating in our paint shop, galvanized details are subjected to additional mechanical processing, as if "ready". The works are performed in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 1461 standard
We can disassemble construction elements intended for hot-dip galvanization. After hot-dip galvanizing, the structure is assembled and packed. Shipping to the end customer is also possible
Our experience in applying anti-corrosion coatings dates back to the 1980s. During this time, we have gained knowledge and experience that allow us to carry out orders from large domestic and foreign partners.
We have hot-dip galvanizing lines of various sizes in our branches. Small elements are hot-dip galvanized on the so-called centrifuge. Large elements and structures are galvanized on a modern production line with dimensions of 7m x 3m x 1.6m.
The greatest value of our company is qualified and competent staff and managerial staff
A full range of anti-corrosion protection services (including hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing and anodizing) and metalworking (e.g. CNC machining, edge bending, laser cutting, welding) in our own plants means short delivery times and affordable prices.
Membership in the Polish Galvanizing Society, the use of PN – EN ISO – 1461 standards or the finally implemented Quality Management System EN ISO 9001: 2008 mean that we care for compliance with procedures at every stage of the company's operations.
The prices for services offered by our company also depend on the quantity, type and regularity of deliveries of elements to be processed.
