Black oxide treatment
Black oxide treatment is a process that covers the surface of metals with a thin layer of oxides. It is used, for example, in securing car parts, tools or screws. Details are covered with a black, non-uniform substance that is resistant to chipping. Due to the color obtained through this process, it is commonly called blackening.
We oxidize steel using the chemical method. To do this, we immerse steel objects in a solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium nitrite. It is worth emphasizing that this solution must have a boiling point. After the bath, the elements are immersed in oil to protect against corrosion.

Its implementation begins immediately after the price is agreed, based on individual contact with the customer.
In the case of an order that also includes powder coating in our paint shop, galvanized details are subjected to additional mechanical processing, as if "ready". The works are performed in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 1461 standard
We can disassemble construction elements intended for hot-dip galvanization. After hot-dip galvanizing, the structure is assembled and packed. Shipping to the end customer is also possible
